From Student to Facilitator: Stories of Transformation Through Jax Training

There’s a big difference between learning a method and embodying a method.

At Jax, we don’t hand over certificates after a weekend of learning and call it a day.
Our facilitator training is a rigorous, 6–8+ month journey—designed to support those who have already done deep inner work to become trauma-informed, embodied facilitators of Kundalini energy activation.

It’s not about performing healing. It’s about creating a space where healing becomes possible—through your presence, your lived experience, and your ability to hold the full spectrum of what being human actually feels like.

A Pathway That Starts With You

Before any in-person training happens, students spend 6–8 months immersing themselves in the work.

This isn’t prep—it’s practice.
Each participant is required to attend unlimited online or in-person Kundalini activation sessions, engaging in their own energetic purification and emotional processing. This phase is essential. It ensures that when students eventually step into facilitation, they’ve already walked the terrain.

At the same time, they move through a self-paced digital course exploring:

  • Trauma theory and somatic frameworks

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Embodied leadership and emotional safety

  • The energetics of facilitation and how to maintain a clear channel

  • How to work ethically with Kundalini energy, breathwork, and emotional release

The truth is, you can’t hold others in spaces you haven’t been willing to go yourself. And this part of the training is all about walking yourself home—so you know how to guide someone else there when the time comes.

In-Person Immersion — The Initiation Phase

Only after completing the embodiment phase and coursework do students attend the six-day intensive at Jax in Uluwatu, Bali.

This isn’t the beginning—it’s the initiation phase.

Over six immersive days, students receive their four energetic initiations into the Jax method. This is where the hands-on, practical training takes centre stage. For up to 10 hours each day, we work directly with the energy, the body, and each other.

Students:

  • Facilitate Kundalini energy activation in 1:1, small group, and large group formats

  • Work practically with energy through breath, movement, and trauma-informed bodywork

  • Receive structured, in-the-moment feedback and deep mentorship

  • Explore trauma-sensitive touch, energetic boundaries, and presence-led facilitation

  • Participate in daily energy sessions, rituals, and co-regulation work within a highly supportive community

This is where embodiment becomes facilitation. Where channels become refined.
Where presence becomes power.

There’s no rushing this.
By the time students arrive at Jax, they’re ready. Not just to “lead a session,” but to truly hold space for someone else’s emotional, energetic, and spiritual process—with clarity, compassion, and integrity.

One graduate shared:

“This training helped me realise I don’t need to perform healing. I just need to show up real, grounded, and embodied. That’s what people feel. That’s what makes them feel safe.”

Integration, Community & the Ripple Effect

Graduates don’t walk away with just a skill—they walk away with a community and a calling.

After completing the in-person intensive, facilitators receive ongoing monthly support, mentoring, and access to a like-hearted community of Jax-trained space holders around the world. They’re guided in building their practice, refining their ethics, and continuing their own integration.

And what they do with the work is beautiful.

Some offer energy healing therapy and emotional and spiritual healing sessions both online and in-person. Others run Kundalini retreats or integrate Jax-style work into their existing modalities—coaching, somatics, bodywork, movement, and more.

What they all share in common is:

  • A grounded trauma-informed approach

  • Deep respect for the nervous system and emotional body

  • A non-performative, embodied presence

  • The ability to facilitate healing without trying to “heal” anyone

This is what sets Jax facilitators apart—and why people trust them with their most tender work.

Who Is This For?

This training isn’t for those who are just starting their own healing.
It’s for people who have already done the deep inner work—and now feel the call to hold space for others with safety, depth, and presence.

It’s for:

  • Practitioners who want to integrate Kundalini energy, trauma-informed frameworks, and somatic practice

  • Coaches, therapists, and healers seeking nervous system tools and energetic mastery

  • Humans tired of spiritual bypassing and guru culture—ready to lead from truth, not hierarchy

  • People ready to build ethical, deeply held healing offerings with ongoing support

If that’s you, we’re ready to walk this path with you.
